Al-Khawarizmi Astronomy Complex

Al-Khawarizmi Astronomy Complex is one of the facilities that are provided by Melaka State Government in order to study and to explore the growth and the mystery of the universe. Melaka Mufti Department has been honored to realize the State Government’s ambition.There were three main buildings in the Complex, which are the Observatory, the Planetarium and the Training Centre. At this moment, the Observatory and the Planetarium has been fully functioning, whereby the Training Centre is expected to serve end of year 2007.

In the expansion of Al-Khawarizmi Astronomy Complex, our community has the opportunity to study and appreciate astronomy deeper. Apart from that, today’s generation has the potency to bring the glory of astronomy back in today’s world.
